Shipping

• All items are handmade and carefully packaged.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping is available within the United States.

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

• Shipping costs is currently included with the cost if each item. This may change in the future as business needs and demands increase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and unique, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery at marlenemadedesigns@gmail.com.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

3. I will work with you to make it right (replacement or refund).

 

Cancellations 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
